Just add 5 Ltrs of warm water to 1 kg of Dehydrated Garlic and keep it for 3 to 4 hrs so that the water is absorbed properly by dehydrated garlic.

Let it remain like this for 15 to 20 mins till the garlic absorbs the maximum water.

The garlic is ready to be chopped and used in the recipe.

Discard the extra water or you can even use it in the gravy .
